Dear eBay Customer Service,
I am writing to formally request a full refund for an electric scooter I purchased on August 06, 2023. My order number is 134842024539.
Upon receiving the scooter, I discovered that it was unable to start. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with your customer service team and the manufacturer, it was determined that the problem was with the motor. I was assured that a replacement scooter would be sent to me, but to date, I have not received it.
Despite repeated attempts to follow up with your customer service team, the issue remains unresolved.
Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for this defective product. I trust that you will address this matter promptly.
