Get refund for Deceptive and Fraudulent listing

I thought I had purchased a new old stock book

I received an ebook, a pdf file.

I went to the book company's web page and discovered that it was a newly published book that was NOT being sold as an ebook / pdf file.

eBay website will not give me a refund until I tender the return package to USPS !!!!

I reported the listing as copyright infringement and the reply I got was, 'a computer program reas your complaint and agrees with you'

eBay website is an infinite loop of stupid that I cannot get past.

no phone number, no email address, just unAI computer programs.

@smokeymydog The path of least resistance is to return something to the seller using the return label that is issued in the case. You can take a picture of the listing or write a note and put it the box. Reporting the listing has no bearing on your refund case.
