Get refund after closed case

Question

I bought a Mac that was titled 2020, when I received it the year was a 2013. The seller told me to change to reason I am returning it and he will approve the return. So I closed the return to start a new one and now eBay says I can't return it now because I closed the case. What can I do, this seller did a fraudulent move knowing this would happen.

@dbh4light I am sorry that the seller tricked you, but you can have the last laugh. Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item significantly not as described.
