Get promised a refund that I never received
I'm trying to figure out why are you letting people sell jewelry on here that you know that's not real I asked for a refund on the 19th it's going to be the 27th or partial refund a $22 that I never got so now and then I'm putting my phone number in here and you constantly telling me this not my phone number so now I got to make videos and post them Facebook Twitter Instagram now I got to post it all across the world to let people know not to shop with y'all y'all let people tell people tell us phony jewelry I want my money I'm about to talk to me attorney you're not going to just take my money like that twice you that sold me some bogus jewelry somebody was Pandora it wasn't pan**bleep**

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. In order for eBay to get involved, you need to go to your Purchase History and open a refund request for Item Not as Described. Ebay notifies the Seller who has three business days to respond to you with either a refund or a return shipping label. If the Seller does not respond in time, you can go back to the case and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Ebay will not automatically know you are unhappy with your purchase.

I'm sorry that happened.
If you have contacted the seller and they have not been responsive, the way to get eBay involved is to open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
