Get an answer from Ebay.
Seller sent the wrong item. I need a shipping label to return it. I get the same response each day since 3/14 "We couldn't process your request (for a return label) because of a technical issue. Please try again." When I go to “Check status of my return†it says I don’t have any items to address. Please send a shipping label by email or U.S. Mail. Order # 19-11280-40126. Lets get this issue resolved. I have been contacting you almost daily and I get no response from you.

In order to print a shipping label, you must be signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email.
