get a rfund for item that hasnt shipped

I ordered an item and it has not been shipped it has been two weeks I tried to contact the seller to cancel the order no reply. I do not want the item I just want a refund.

What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in the Order Details in your Purchase History?

Has that date passed already??

You cannot request a refund until the latest estimated date of delivery has passed by at least one day.
