Get a refund and return an item
I bought an item. It didn't work from the start and I contacted the seller they sent out a part and that didn't work. Now the ebay 30 day return window is not there, I have sent messages to the seller. I haven't received any response. What can I do to get a refund?

Did you use Paypal for your payment? File a return there.
Or contact eBay first. Maybe eBay handles this as a follow up.
