Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm on a desktop computer viewing an item to buy when an ebay pop-up appears stating to scan a QR code, purchase via the ebay phone app, and get $10 off. It doesn't seem to be working for me - I go as far as the checkout process, but no discount. Thanks.

Go to My eBay > Activity > Summary to find the coupon/obtain the Redemption Code:

https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/summary

Be sure to click on the: See conditions link to read the information about your coupon.

As you're checking out, enter the Redemption code into the Gift cards and coupons box. Be sure you're checking out using: (or you'll receive the error message below):

You're welcome. And, yes, it is tricky.

Scanning the code will take you to the App store where you can download the eBay App.

The link on the pop-up (not shown on your screenshot) will work from the pop-up itself. When you click on the link, you can read the Coupon Terms & Conditions. The info below can be found under the Eligible Purchases section of the Terms/Conditions page:

The coupon code, the end date of the coupon, the discount which applies to the coupon and, if applicable, the minimum purchase price, the maximum discount, and any other additional restrictions and/or exclusions are set out on the coupon and can be found in the voucher section of your My eBay summary page.
