German emails
So I apparently made an account in 2018 and haven't used it until recently. But I got it back and all my emails are in German. In each listing I see "Seller may not ship to Germany". I've already changed my address to the US. How can I fix it where my emails are in English. How do I switch my payment to Ebay US not Ebay DE?
