Generator that never arrived, Item # 23-14445-20961.
I'm not going through. Proving my identity, financial statements to try to prove the generator wasn't delivered. I'm 79 years old. The burden of proof should be with the seller to prove that the Generator was delivered and received. I have been a customer on eBay for years. I paid for the Generator through eBay. I corresponded with the seller through eBay. I'm just going to close my account. I see no reason to continue doing business if eBay will not stand behind its money-back guarantee. Have the seller prove his case. I am closing my account today. Never again. I lost my money, and you lost a customer.

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
