Generating a "Return" shipping label after the refund is closed by eBay
I sold an iPhone and the Buyer stated it wasn't unlocked and wanted a refund. I agreed and initiated a return. I approved the refund but eBay closed the transaction before I could send a return shipping label for him to send the phone back. I sent multiple inquires to eBay to open the return transaction so I could generate a return shipping label and send to the Buyer. No response from eBay and the Buyer insists on processing it through eBay. I understand his point but not sure if there's anything I can do if eBay doesn't respond. Any assistance would be appreciated.
