Mentor5 months agoeBay doesn't charge for the label; the USPS does. If you cancel through eBay, you will get a credit in your payouts from the USPS in about 3 weeks (just to make sure you aren't using it).

It takes about 14-21 days to receive a refund for a cancelled shipping label. The carrier wants to ensure that it isn't used.
