General Question-New Seller

Question

I sold a few items in December for the first time. On 14Dec I got an email saying congrats you sold stuff and have a $50 coupon coming so keep an eye out. I have not received anything yet and it has been almost 3 weeks. Does it usually take that long, if not how to I email them?

The Coupon will appear as a banner at the top of your Summary page - eBay doesn't send it in a message.

eBay hasn't been very clear in how they issue and where to find these coupons.

If it shows that your coupon is already expired, contact eBay CS and ask if they will issue another one.

Open this Help page on Coupons
At the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.

Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
