They do have make an offer on the listing.

Mentor3 years agoAt the time of viewing, there were "10d 15h"....10 days and 15 hours before the end of the listing.
Listings on ebay are either auctions, with a 1 day to 10 days duration, or they are fixed price (Buy It Now) listings, with a 30 day duration. Buyers do not bid. Instead, they simply purchase the item right now.
