Der gekaufte Artikel war nach kurzer Zeit defekt. Der Verkäufer ztengruby antwortete rasch: „keine Sorge, alles unter Garantie“. Dann verlangte ztengrtuby immer wieder Videos des Artikels. Mittlerweile sind die Rücksendefrist und die Bewertungsfrist abgelaufen und der Verkäufer will nur noch 30 % erstatten. Hilft ebay hier noch?
