Why would ebay give a positive rating, say that an item arrived quickly and timely to a seller who I have complained about that my item still has not arrived after about 6 weeks of waiting. ebay did refund me but I wanted to leave feedback on the above referenced sellers sight so others aren't ripped off by him but ebay told me because I purchased as a guest for someone else I could not. They said don't worry they would leave a negative rating for me yet when I checked they left a positive rating and lied through their teeth about the timeliness of a delivery I still haven't received
