GD!!!! Been on the site an hour trying to cancel an item that was purchased - buyer and I agreed on
WHERE do I go to cancel or CHANGE a price of item that has been paid for at the previous purchase price?????
Seller and I have been at this for 2 weeks
i see many message of people stating they cannot cancel
help PLEASE - this is a bereavement present trying to be purchased

Once an item is sold it can not be changed. Buyers can not cancel an order all they can do is request the seller to cancel it.
Sellers can cancel orders by going to their sold/orders page and in the menu is the option to cancel and refund the buyer. This page will help a seller cancel the order.

If the seller is willing to cancel and sell it at a lower price they need to cancel the existing order then list the item again at the new price for the buyer to re-purchase.
