Gave negative feedback but it was never recorded
I gave a seller negative feedback because the item was never received, and the seller did not respond to my messages. Yet, negative feedback was never recorded, and I cannot see it.
I've had a couple of cases where the item was never sent, and there are no consequences to the seller.

You can not put that in your flat statement book. There's no way, other than by seller admission, to know that an item was never sent. Well, maybe with the Magic 8-Ball, but I think I have the last one of those in existence. All a buyer can know is that the tracking doesn't show package acceptance by the carrier. That omission could be negligence by the carrier, or deception for whatever reason.

OP8 months agoI agree. The fact that I tried to contact the seller multiple times without a response suggests that the seller knew that there was an issue? But perhaps she/he did read messages?

Did you file an "item not received" case and get a refund? If so, your feedback should have remained unless the comment violated policy.
If you did not file a case or if the case was decided in the seller's favor because tracking showed delivery, a negative feedback comment could have been removed.

OP8 months agoI recieved "You are no longer covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee" please contact seller. BTW order placed Dec 15.

"You are no longer covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee" sounds more like a restriction on your account as a buyer. If you open a lot of cases, eventually eBay will remove your Money Back Guarantee coverage - is that the case?
