I need a return label sent to a buyer transaction that I refunded and ebay closed. How do I get one?

If you refund before you receive the item back, no label will be issued to the buyer as the assumption is that you don't want the item back. The buyer has no obligation or incentive to return it, but if he is willing, you can purchase a label through a website like Pirate Ship and email it to the buyer. (You can't get one through eBay at this point as the case is closed.)
