Have tried contacting this company for a week. No response from anyone. We called Ebay an they can't do anything except said there's a glitch on their end where some accounts are locked/blocked but in order to fix it have to create a new account to bypass this problem. On top of that the account we create might have the same problem an be blocked. Had three friends and two stores try with the same issues. Shouldn't be this hard to purchase from sellers. Both stores said they have this seller on a do not buy from list which I don't know if it's due to this reason or if they've had a bad experience with them in the past. Any help would be great. Thank you!

MentorJul 14, 2026 at 12:44 PMThere are also some large volume sellers that do not reply to any messages. In fact, you cannot use the Contact Seller link, because it is not visible. Find another seller.

OPJul 14, 2026 at 12:52 PMThe only issue with that is they’re the only ones who have the part we need. eBay is telling me to avoid doing business with them which in the first place is odd because they have a high rating but according to all the negative reviews everyone’s had the exact same issue. eBay should be doing something about it if they’re saying to avoid buying from them
