Gaming desktop PC order
Hey everybody,
i won a gaming desktop pc on an auction the 23rd of april but paid it the 24th april with paypal
the auction was held by a seller from china registered on april with 0 feedback and 5 sold items in total, and the estimated delivery is 4th june up to 17 june.
but there is no update ever since i paid for the item no tracking number as well.
should i continue waiting, if yes, how many days should i wait for at least get a tracking number?
also i've sent several messages to the seller but more than 4 days passed and he still didnt reply to this day.
help me please, thank you!

Mentor5 months agoThere is nothing you can do until one full day after the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history. If you have not received the item by then you file a case for an "Item not received". The seller has three business days to prove the item has been delivered or is still moving through the shipping system. If they cannot do this then you go back and "Ask eBay to step in". They will then force a refund from the seller.
