You know I sold two games to these clowns and I know they received them because I sent them and all of a sudden I'm getting charged and I think it's a little crap charge crap because they said they didn't get it

@scne_2270 Does tracking show delivery to the buyer? If it does then you need to respond to refund requests with that tracking and you win the case. Just shipping doesn't mean the buyer received the item, the tracking has to show delivery.
