My listings have the Gallery Plus feature selected because it is Free in the Collectibles category. Today it seems like any item I relist (or create) is adding a $1.00 insertion fee for this Gallery Plus feature. I can't find any update saying this will now be a paid listing upgrade. Only on-line mention of this feature still says the feature is free in Collectibles section or a .35 fee (so what's the $1?). I did not change categories nor has eBay changed them on me. Lookin...
