FYI: Damaged Merchandise
I recently had items delivered to my buyers where items arrived so called damaged by the post office and took photos sent to me of damaged items to try local post office and they informed me that when envelopes or packages are damaged by them. They wrap them in plastic and put an explanation how it was damaged. So sellers beware, always ask for proof of damages and photos of the plastic wrap. I also have run into buyers keeping merchandise and still get a full refund.I pack all my sales securely with card board, bubble wrap and tissue paper. In the past I have sent free gifts with my sale and less than 2% said thanks or acknowledged them. I stopped that practice
