FURIOUS!
I am furious! I am an important customer of eBays because I buy and sell often. I am trying to reach Customer Service and even with the phone number and a one time passcode issued, I am going around and around in circles. I was a computer programmer by profession, so I feel I can say this is not user error. My question - I was "forced" to pay with PayPal when I have lots of spendable funds to use. When I made an offer, I had two choices for payment - card or PayPal. Why not spendable funds? The offer was accepted and my PayPal automatically charged. If eBay is going to have Spendable Funds, why can't we use them on an offer? This offer was for shoes.
