Funds stuck on available

Question

I sold an item for $2100. My funds status has been stuck on available and I havenâ€™t been paid for my sale. For reference, my item sold on 12/15. It is now 12/24 and I havenâ€™t been paid yet. My payout schedule is set to daily and my payout method is with a bank account. Iâ€™ve had no problems getting paid with past orders.

@davsum_19 Fund holds of 30 days are normal for ALL sellers when the sale amount is over $1k

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
