Funds still on hold
My item was received by the buyer over a week ago. The buyer submitted positive feedback but the payment is still in hold. What can I do?

Mentor8 months agoThe criteria for no longer being considered a new seller are:
At least 25 successful sales
At least $250 in sales
At least 90 days since your first sale

Mentor8 months agoNew and returning sellers are subject to a 30 day hold on funds. This is protection in case the buyer requests a return, which can happen anytime in those 30 days. After that, your funds will be released to the checking account you set up. Once you are more established, this will no longer apply.
