Funds received were less
Ebay released my funds but there were less then what I was supposed to receive. I was using the AI but that is completely useless. Any idea how I can actually get assistance on this.

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
