funds on my account
hello, can i purchase an item with funds that are on hold in my account? i sold an item recently, but didn't realize that paypal was no longer used for payouts. ebay wants access to my bank, including account number and password, to put the funds from the sale into my bank. i will not give ebay the info they want. that's insane! so i currently have funds on hold, about $115. please advise. ty
