Sold two identical items under separate transactions because the buyer could opt figure out how to age an offer on both, so they were sold separately to the same person. Shipped them together and did not use the labels that came with free shipping. No option to enter a tracking number other than he prepaid label eBay wants me to use and the system thinks I’ve not shipped yet so funds are on hold.
Buyer has already received the items and I can’t get thru AI to respond this or talk to a human being that can help or examine next steps to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Since you mention a "prepaid label [that] eBay wants [you] to use",
it sounds like you are participating in eBay's new Ship With eBay program.
Most likely, eBay enrolled you in it, as a new or returning/infrequent seller.
In this new Ship With eBay program, yes, eBay does want you to use the label that eBay bought -- prepaid -- for you.
eBay really sincerely wants you to use such labels, so strongly that . . . . . .
"If you offered free shipping but didn't use the prepaid label provided [by eBay], you will not be reimbursed for the costs of purchasing your own label or for the unused prepaid label."
That's a quote from an article that eBay recently published, entitled "Ship with eBay."

Next time, use the prepaid label that eBay provides to you.
