funds on hold for an items cancelation
“Funds from this sale will be on hold until the refund request for this order has been processed” on an item that i wanted to cancel but after i didn't have enough to refund because eBay was charging the percent amount on top of the item price for using ads on the sale i decided to ship the item since i had no other choice. I honestly don't get it because eBay themselves said that the cancelation request is closed. is there something i can do immediately? or when will i be able to obtain my funds?
