My funds on hold for almost a month i removed all my listings theres nothing pending on my account im restricted every 10 days they want invoices for all i post they were gifts so im suspended but want my money and i want to close my account

You posted items as brand new with multiple quantities, selling hundreds of items, so I think it will be hard to convince eBay that they were all gifts.

This is not an issue we can help with, except to tell you that eBay will not close your account until the open issues are resolved.
