Funds on hold
I recently sold an item for $5100. It had the money back guaranteed so the funds were on hold for 31 days. The customer said there was an issue and filed a return, then accepted a partial refund, closing the return case and therefore ending the moneyback guarantee coverage. I’ve had two separate agents Tell me the funds would be released within 48 hours. And they have not. Does anyone have experience with this?
