Funds on Hold

Question

I have sold a card earlier this month and still have yet to recieve my funds even though the buyer had rated it and left a good review. Its been a week since he rated it and i still have the funds on hold. Is this common?

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
