Funds on hold
Sold an item, could not use the label created. Now I can not get the item to show delivered and my funds are on hold. How do I get the item marked delivered?

The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- Click "Edit tracking"
- Click "+ additional tracking number"
- Add the actual tracking number and the carrier.
- Click "Save and Continue"
TIP: You can't edit or delete the first tracking number, and that is ok. Just add the correct number.

If you bought a label through eBay that wasn't used, you should cancel that label to get a refund of that money.
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.
