Funds on hold
Have had multiple items that have arrived to buyers (sports cards via PWE) that the tracking number still says its in transit or only shipped. I have contacted all the buyers to verify they received item. Some orders even received positive feedback. Some orders even 30 passed.

Mentor1 year ago@cutchtheman I have seen an uptick in reports,even from experienced sellers, that the eBay Standard Envelope shipments are not receiving scans that update to eBay.
There is a problem with the communication between USPS and eBay>>

If you can get a tracking number with this method it might help you with getting your funds released after it shows delivery or help with disputing late shipment defects.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding. This way you can share a screenshot of the official tracking update.

For future shipments check to see if your post office has a Metered Mail box for drop offs. This may not help with the current problem.
You can also review this post by a fellow Mentor that has screenshots of proper packing as the envelope must remain flexible to be read by the sorting equipment.
