Funds on hold
So I had someone buy an item I have listed but they changed their mind as soon as I shipped but someone else wanted it but I didn’t see their messages because I thought it was the return guy because their names are similar. So guy #2 made a request with eBay because he never heard back from me and so eBay put a hold on his funds but I need his funds to ship this item freight. Is there a way I can get them to unfreeze the funds so I can pay for the shipping to send to customer. I spoke with customer and they’re fine I just don’t know how to get the hold off without a tracking number.

Mentor3 years agoHow could buyer #2 have put in a request if he didn’t buy the item? If you already shipped to buyer #1 what do have to ship?
