Funds on hold
Shipped an item to a buyer. Item didn’t work properly. The buyer requested a partial refund. I approved the partial refund, and even got a message from eBay thanking me for working things out with the buyer.
the problem is that my funds are still showing “on holdâ€, with no scheduled payment date.
how can I get the proceeds from the sale?
