Funds not released after tracking issue
Buyer opened a package not delivered ticket becuase post office "lost" the package. A few days later the package shows up and buyer messaged me telling me they received the package. Tracking did not update to reflect delivery. I have not received payout due to this.
How do I proceed?

Have you read about Payment Holds.
Payments can be held 30 days for various reasons.
You should read about Payment Holds and then wait for your payment to be released.
I have been selling for many years and had a 14 day hold because of a USPS lost package.
You will get paid, you just need patience.
