Funds not released
The item I sold was shipped. I originally tried to print the shipping label, printer didn’t work. My account shows it printed therefore there is no “delivered†outcome.
I mailed it from post office.
funds are therefore not released.
how do I get my money????

OP1 year agodont have it. I paid for the printed shipping label, which didtn print. I took it to UPS and paid for it to be shipped. I did not keep the reciept it was a few weeks ago. I do not sell very often. I can't get in touch with the buyer. I want to be paid. I am sure the pmt will revert back to them, can I leave a review and say they are a thief basically? I don't see anywhere to get in touch with an actual HUMAN who works for eBay and Im losing my patience with this. How can I contact the buyer and ask that they venmo me or something because eBay will not release my funds.....

You need to cancel the unused shipping label and then add the tracking umber of the label you purchased from the post office into the order.
You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. Once you vid the label go back to the order and in the drop down menu is the option to add tracking.
