"Available" does not mean the funds have been deposited into your bank account.
When the funds have been processed (1-2 days) after the buyer pays, they become "available". "Available" funds are generally in a "payout" mode the next "business" day after they become available.

OP2 years agohi, the funds have been sitting there available since around March 15th, funds have gone into my account for other things after this date but not this one and there were no problems with the transaction??

Since you are an infrequent seller, your payout may be on a temporary hold:
"New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer"
