I am new to selling and I had a 7.5 foot balsam tree pre -lit tree I sold . Now this tree is originally $650 tree I posted the tree for 200 in the beginning and decided after it didn’t sell immediately to lower the price then lowered it to 150 it’s so pretty fast well once they I delivered the tree to the post office, which was very hard to do. I had to get my husband to take off work and help me because it was so heavy. It was just a major problem I got it sent in the lady received her tree and was very happy. She messaged me and told me thank you and merry Christmas and everything once my payments came through I didn’t make but $70 off the total that they took from the customer was $309. I don’t understand this
