Funds available, on hold to transfer, and nothing in messages to resolve
Summary: vurchals-0 is a new eBay seller experiencing issues with a payout hold, despite funds being available and all required information being provided. They are frustrated due to a lack of clear instructions to resolve the hold, even though the item's delivery is confirmed. disneyshopper and jacbarcollectibles explain that new or infrequent sellers may experience holds up to 31 days, influenced by the item's category and sale price, and advise ensuring all account details match precisely. They suggest that consistent shipping and feedback practices may reduce hold durations in the future.
I have recently completed a sale, funds are available, in my ebay account, and request for payout is grayed out. I've set up the necessary card information and time has passed where this has cleared. There are no messages on instructions to how I resolve the hold and needing some help from the wise community. I am a new seller to ebay.

Mentor1 week agoYou are a new seller so eBay can hold your funds for up to 30 days. The hold will depend on the sales price of the item and the category the item was listed in. In no case with the payout be available until tracking shows the item has been delivered.

Mentor1 week agoBrand new sellers and infrequent sellers can have their payouts held for up to 31 days. Ship the item, with tracking, within your handling time when ebay tells you to ship. As you continue to make sales, ship quickly, leave feedback timely, the hold period will slowly decrease.

OP1 week agofrom what date does the 31 day hold start?
disneyshopper
Mentor1 week agoNot sure when the 31 day hold period starts. I would guess beginning from the estimated delivery date.
You did provide your checking account number from a brick & mortar bank, right? The name on the account has to match EXACTLY to your registered ebay name.
