Funds available but not in checking account?

Question

i’ve recently started selling again on eBay and the funds cleared on two items that I have sold. It says funds are now available, but I go to my checking account and they’re not there. I’m kind of freaking out. I wonder if I should ever use eBay again,

Here's how to Contact Customer service

Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
