I sold two jackets to different people one of the jackets was delivered and it said on eBay delivered and I got my money for it. The other jacket says it’s not delivered on eBay and says my money is on hold but I messaged the buyer and they received the jacket. And I put the tracking number on usps and it says delivered as well. How can I make it so it says delivered on eBay so I can get my money.

-If you originally had the tracking on eBay you should file a missing Mail piece with USPS. Sometimes that helps to get tracking to update.
