Funds
I sold 2 items. One with funds of $5, and one with $8. I was supposed to receive $13, but I only received $5 for payout. Both funds were supposed to come off hold today, and they did but I only got the funds for the $5. Anyone know how to solve or why this is happening?

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Payments > Payouts > Payout ID
Look at the itemized deductions to see what was taken out.
