fully refunded but never received the item back
hi-
i sold an ipad and the buyer messaged that he couldn't restart the machine. i refunded the purchase but never received the ipad back. ebay can't help for some reason?!! this must be a scam. what can i do here? i've messaged the buyer and reported the buyer to ebay. still nothing form ebay. thanks

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you wanted the item back, you should have accepted the returns request. ebay would then send a link to the buyer to print out the return shipping label. Once you get the item back, you have 2 days to refund the buyer. Since you refunded right away, ebay assumes you do not want the item back, so a return shipping label is not available. If you want the item back, use the CONTACT BUYER link and explain that you will need his/her email address, so you can send a return shipping label to send the item back.
