Full Refund to Buyer for Item Not As Described - False Claim
I need help! A buyer claimed the item they received was different from what was described. It was a sealed box of 1995 Marvel Metal Trading cards ($950). The buyer messaged me and said he opened the box but some of the cards were damaged especially the really good ones. He filed a claim and he was rewarded with a full refund. Now I'm out a sealed box that I paid over $1,200 years ago and sold on eBay for $950. The buyer never returned the item and I can't even contact anyone from eBay for guidance. I filed an appeal but it doesn't look good. Has anyone been burned like this before? I feel I was just scammed out of an expensive box of trading cards. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
