Full Refund including shipping
Hello, Can anyone advise as to how to issue a return including shipping? My buyer received a broken item. In addition I don’t need buyer to return the item it’s glass and damaged, they can keep the item. Fees are being deducted from EBay. Please help. Thank you.

Ask the buyer to open a return request. Then go to the request and select ‘refund buyer now’. That will refund the buyer and no return will be required.
eBay will reverse the fees eligible for credit when you process the refund.
