Full Refund
I purchased and item and it came damaged. From what the shipping company tells me, payment made to the seller may be refunded, however, tax paid is not. Is it possible to receive a return in full?

Mentor11 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
The refund should be the full amount you paid including sales tax, which ebay refunds.
